When deciding where to make my daughter's birthday party, a friend recommended I try Shape's Fitness parties. I gave it a try since we were tired of the same old party ideas. My daughter and her friends ABSOLUTELY loved it! They had a dance class of their own with a great instructor, and then had usage of the space for their games and activities. They really enjoyed the health themed fruit and veggie platters, and health themed pekalach. Class descriptions
 Body Attack Forget Boot Camp. This class will get you into the best shape of your life in no time. Intense polymeric moves are combined with effective body sculpting moves to get you the results you want, FAST.
 Circuit Training A fast paced class combining aerobic and strength excersises done in stations, moving quickly from one to another. Get ready to increase your strength and aerobic fitness and burn lots of calories!
 HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Been proven to be one of the most effective methods of burning fat even after the workout is done. Aerobics moves are alternated with toning moves, keeping your heart rate up and giving you a full body workout.
 Megamix A high energy class that has it all! A great aerobic workout mixed with toning moves for your entire body.
 Piloxing This class alternates standing Pilates intervals with fast-paced boxing/dance segments. It's a motivating, high-energy blend. Workout ends with classic Pilates matwork.
 Pilates Stretching, deep breathing & relaxation techniques to help relieve stress & improve flexibility & muscle tone.
 Turbo Kick You'll jab, jack, & kick your way through an intense cardio routine using kickboxing moves.
 Yogalates An upbeat class that combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates.
 Zumba Get ready to sweat, burn calories & have fun in this energizing dance class.
